Question 1

Do you work with small companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our clients are offices and small businesses with 3 to 50 people and no IT department of their own.

Question 2

Is support remote or on-site?

Accepted Answer

Both. We solve most requests remotely within minutes, and come to your office when the issue requires it or for scheduled visits.

Question 3

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Write to us through the contact form. We schedule an assessment of your infrastructure and send you a clear proposal, with no commitment.

Question 4

What does a monthly plan include?

Accepted Answer

Preventive monitoring, updates, support hours and a monthly report. The scope depends on the plan; the Plans section shows what each one includes.

Question 5

Why don't you publish prices?

Accepted Answer

Because every company has a different number of devices, users and needs. After the assessment we send you a fixed-price quote.

Question 6

Do you issue invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we issue Argentine electronic invoices (type A or B, depending on your VAT status).

Question 7

What if a system goes down after hours?

Accepted Answer

Plans with priority support include on-call coverage for emergencies. Otherwise, we log the request and handle it first thing on the next business day.
